Return Policy
Effective Date: April 1, 2025
We want you to love your handbag and enjoy your Vault Label shopping experience. If it’s not quite the perfect match, we’re happy to offer store credit when returned in its original packaging within 7 days of your package delivery date.
While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit for any handbags returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Here’s how it works:
- The handbag must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original packaging (including dust bags, tags, plastic etc.). Any items that show signs of wear or damage, including but not limited to stains, perfumes, or visible wear, will not be accepted for return.
- Once received, we’ll inspect it and happily issue store credit for the full purchase amount minus shipping. Please allow us 2-3 business days for receiving and processing your return.
- Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds, but we’d love to help you find something else you adore. Your store credit will be available for you to use within 2-3 business days of us receiving your return. You can use your credit toward anything on our site, anytime you’re ready to shop again.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use.
All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review our Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges
To initiate the exchange process, please contact us at info@thevaultlabel.com within 7 days of your package delivery date. Please be sure to include your order number and reason for exchange.
Our exchange process is the same as our return process and requires you to initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange. Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will issue a store credit with the original shipping deducted. You are welcome to place an order using your store credit in 2-3 business days, after your return is processed. We cannot reserve bags intended for exchange.
Warehouse Sample Sales
All Warehouse Sample Sale purchases are Final Sale. These items may include minor imperfections and are offered at a special price. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credit on Sample Sale items.
Warranty
We do not currently offer a warranty on our products however, if you find something is wrong with the product you ordered please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We recommend carefully inspecting your products upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations. After 7 days, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds.
Modifications to This Policy
The Vault Label reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be reflected on this page, with the “Effective Date” noted at the top of the page. By continuing to shop with us after any changes to this policy, you agree to the updated terms.
