What is your changes/cancellation policy? 

No changes will be made once an order has been placed. 

We kindly request you please make sure before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of your items. Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to or cancel orders once they have been placed. 

Any item returned to our location due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. These instances will be treated as a return for full refund

What is your return policy?

Thank you for shopping with us! Due to the climate and nature of our business there are no returns/refunds. 

Please do not ship your items to our location with the intention to return the item and receive a refund. Items sent to our location will not be returned to the sender under any circumstance unless paid for by the sender.

 Can I return or exchange a sale item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 What is your exchange policy?

We currently do not offer any exchanges unless there is a mistake made on our end. These situations are handled on a case by case basis. We kindly ask that you please check the style, color, and size of the item purchased before completing checkout to ensure the best fit for you. 

 What if I never received my item?

The Vault Label does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please note, we will package your order to the best of our ability in order to avoid damages. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier. All orders are shipped with carrier insurance.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take pride in the quality of our products before we ship them to you and we will do our best to make sure items are packaged to avoid damage. In the event of a damaged order please contact the carrier to begin the claim process. All items are shipped with carrier insurance. Each claim must be filed within a certain time period and include proof of insurance, value, and damage.
