• Returns: Pre-order items are eligible for return for store credit only, in line with our standard return policy.
  

• Shipping Dates: All pre-order timelines are based on estimated shipping dates, not delivery dates. Orders with multiple items will ship on the latest projected date in that order.  
  

• Shipping Estimates: Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production or transit.
