SHIPPING POLICY
We’re so excited to get your handbag to you! Here’s everything you need to know about processing, shipping, and what to expect:
Processing & Shipping Time
-Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you!
Shipping Address & Order Edits
To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t make changes or cancel orders once they’re placed.
If the shipping address can’t be verified by our carrier, we’ll reach out to you, but the order may be canceled if we don’t hear back within 48 hours. We kindly ask you to keep an eye on your email after ordering.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. In the event the wrong address is provided, we are not responsible for packages delivered to that wrong address.
Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages (No Route Protection)
We’re so sorry if your package goes astray or arrives damaged! Here’s what to do:
1. Track it first: Check your tracking link for updates. Sometimes packages are marked “delivered” a day early.
2. Contact the carrier: They might have more details and you will be able to open an investigation.
3. Reach out to us: If the package is truly lost or damaged, email us at info@thevautlabel.com within 2 days of delivery with order details + photos (if damaged), and we’ll resolve it to the best of our ability.
What happens if my Route Protected package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged?
If something happens to your package, simply file a claim through Route’s online portal:
- Go to https://claims.route.com

Enter your order number and shipping zip code

Select your issue (lost, stolen, or damaged)

Upload a quick photo if your item is damaged

Submit your claim. Most claims are approved within 24–48 hours
Once approved, Route will replace your item or issue a refund.
**Note: We’re not responsible for delays once the carrier has your package, but we’ll do everything we can to assist.
